The Cambridge housing market in particular is a renowned real estate investment market that draws global attention, for good reason.

But if you’re looking to invest in the Cambridge & Somerville area, you’re likely going to be dealing with a very complicated structure conversion. Zoning laws are very restrictive: you can’t just tear down the old and build whatever you want. You will usually be required to preserve the original structure, and build on the same footprint.

Many contracting companies won’t take work in these municipalities because of that reason. There are so many codes, permits, and restrictions involved that they would rather work somewhere easier. But we know from experience that patience pays off.

We have over 25 years of experience developing properties in Cambridge, Somerville, and Medford, and know how to skillfully navigate the codes and challenges.

We have a great relationship with our subcontractors. We speak Portuguese and Spanish, and there is a huge number of skilled workers in the New England area from those populations who aren’t as proficient in English, and we are able to work seamlessly with them.
